Supposedly , not stirring will cause the yolk to move off center!<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_1085\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-1085\" style=\"width: 600px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-1085\" src=\"http:\/\/ultimatepicklejar.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/final100_1447.jpg\" alt=\"Easy way to peel quail eggs\" width=\"600\" height=\"450\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ultimatepicklejar.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/final100_1447.jpg 600w, https:\/\/ultimatepicklejar.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/final100_1447-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-1085\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Easy way to peel quail eggs<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Next , we soaked the boiled eggs in vinegar which dissolves calcium from the eggshell and leaves only the membrane which is then rubbery and easier to remove! Never expected this much activity though \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p class=\"responsive-video-wrap clr\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"100 1448\" width=\"1200\" height=\"900\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/3CO5qq0vjSM?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>AND THE SPOTS COME OFF TOO! It took about 2 minutes to see this happening! Way cool! They are supposed to soak 12 hours to remove all the shell.<\/p>\n<p class=\"responsive-video-wrap clr\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Removing the color from quail eggs\" width=\"1200\" height=\"900\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/iWNwYsoeCFw?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Next is perfecting the spices and covering with vinegar. Process as directed and allow a week to let the vinegar and spices penetrate the egg!<\/p>\n<p>Ok we got impatient! Peeled them all and needed maybe 2 dozen more for a quart and added some pre-made spice!
